Ham & Cheese Spaetzle with Wine-Cheese

250 g | Gouda cheese |

200 g | Cooked ham |

1 pc (5 g) | “Bauer Bavarian Wine-Cheese" |
1 | Garlic glove |
Sweet bell pepper | |
300 g | Ready-made spaetzle |
Making
1. Boil the spaetzle in plenty of water until they float to the surface and then pour off the water.
2. Now cut the ham into thin strips, the "Bauer Bavarian Wine-Cheese" into small cubes and grate the Gouda. Sauté the finely chopped onion and the finely chopped garlic clove in a little butter, add the ham strips and fry everything again. Then fold in the spaetzle, turning constantly.
3. Finally, add the grated Gouda cheese and the diced "Bauer Bavarian Wine-Cheese". Allow to melt, stirring constantly, and then season the spaetzle and cheese pan with salt, pepper, nutmeg and/or sweet bell pepper.
