Wine-Cheese medallions in a spicy roast coating

Making
1. Soak an old bread roll in lukewarm water and cut the peeled onion into small pieces. Then knead the onion pieces with the minced meat, the egg and the well-squeezed bread roll. Season the meat mixture to taste with salt, black pepper, grated nutmeg and a little bell pepper.
2. Cut the "Bauer Bayerischer Weinkäse" into slices. Form small medallions from the meat mixture, place a slice of cheese between 2 medallions and seal the edges. Then fry the prepared medallions in butter in a pan over a low heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Serve with a fresh salad and baguette.
