OUR PARTNERSHIP

Our farmers are not anonymous suppliers, they are long-standing partners from the region. Some of our farmers have been working with us for generations. We know each other, we appreciate each other, in short: we know what we have in common. We are not only united by our love of nature and animals. Our connection to the region and the Alpine foothills is also a pillar of our co-operation. This has been the case for generations and will always remain so! Because we believe in long relationships, not long distances.

OUR ALPINE FOOTHILLS

We are inextricably linked to our homeland. That's why the Alpine foothills have a very special meaning for us: because we don't just live here, we live from it! We are also aware of how fortunate we are to have been born into such marvellous nature. This landscape, this air, this life and these people - none of this can be taken for granted.

THE FAMILY

Family is the most important thing for most of us, and it is the same for our farmers. Nothing works without them, almost everything works with them. Work is still work, but it is much easier if you work hand in hand with the next generation. And that has the advantage of preparing them carefully and step by step for their future. In this way, the company or farm passes from generation to generation into the hands of the next generation. This is the only way to ensure the long-term survival of the business. At Bauer, we also consider our employees to be part of the family. Admittedly a very large family.

TOGETHER TOWARDS THE FUTURE

WE HOLD ON TO TRADITION WITH ONE HAND AND REACH FOR THE FUTURE WITH THE OTHER

Our core business is and remains milk processing. Our customers and our farmers can of course rely on this. Because nothing can replace the quality of our Alpine foothills milk. It is precisely this flavour that has written our success story. That's why we recognise the ever-increasing demands and wishes of consumers, who value both animal and plant-based products. Our philosophy is to do one without leaving out the other. And we do this with proven quality and an innovative pioneering spirit. We also promote local biodiversity. For example, through "flower strips" on the edges of our farmers' fields. These are meadows of wild flowers for bees and other insects, small natural paradises that others can also enjoy.
