It doesn't take that many steps to make a delicious yoghurt. But it does need a good base and the best ingredients.
The unspoilt nature of our Alpine foothills provides green, lush grass as well as the best wheat and maize for our cows. Our farmers harvest these natural resources themselves several times a year and feed them to their animals. Because it all starts with good feed.
The home-grown green fodder from our own fields not only tastes good to the cows, but also contributes to the above-average quality of the raw milk. In addition to calcium and vitamins, our milk also contains minerals, proteins and important fats. A real home-grown product, and you can taste it.
We have long-standing relationships with our farmers as equals. We know each other, we appreciate each other. They are partners instead of just suppliers. And they all come from our region. This is another reason why the milk from their cows is often collected there daily and then delivered fresh to us.
Milk from the foothills of the Alps can hardly be made any better. However, only hardly. That's why we now add the finest fruits such as fresh strawberries, cherries, blueberries and many others, depending on the variety. Gelatine and preservatives are of course left out!
Because our products must contain only the best ingredients and nothing else. Their quality is regularly checked by neutral, renowned institutes - for a marvellous treat.
