ENJOY STRACCIATELLA AS ICE CREAM

WITH OUR YOGURT YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF!

Admittedly, it is not easy to pronounce Stracciatella correctly. In the past it was easier. At the ice cream parlour it was called “chocolate split” – because of the small shards of fat glaze in the ice cream. For real Stracciatella, fine lukewarm chocolate custard is stirred into a cream ice cream mass. A very elaborate production process. So there are two options. The simple: leave it to the Italian ice cream parlour and buy it there. The do-it-yourself method: actually also quite simple and also relatively low in calories. You take 500 grams of Stracciatella yogurt (of course from Bauer) and a 200-g cup of cream. Off into the ice cream machine with it, freeze and enjoy.
