OUR BLUEBERRY-CASSIS

At Bauer, we love blueberries. Because they contain a lot of water, they are low in calories but rich in provitamin A, which the body converts into vitamin A—important for vision. Blueberries also contain vitamins E and C. But the real reason for our affection is, of course, their wonderfully fruity fresh taste. By the way, the plant compound "anthocyanins" is responsible for slowing down the aging process of the skin and gives blueberries their dark blue color. Even darker—black, in fact—is the cassis, also known as blackcurrant. It tastes particularly fresh and is full of vitamin C. Hopefully, your fridge is full of our delicious Blueberry-Cassis yogurt.

This sensation comes from a wonderful combination of wonderfully fresh milk from our Alpine foothills, blueberries, and cassis. First, the blueberry, a true superfood that has its season from the end of June to September (but is available with us all year round). Its wonderfully fruity fresh taste makes you melt. The even fresher taste of cassis enhances this feeling. By now, you're probably dreaming of southern France.
