Open your mouth, close your eyes and dream. Anyone who has ever tasted our creamy blueberry cassis will know the feeling. And it's the result of a wonderful combination of wonderfully fresh milk from our Alpine foothills, blueberries and cassis. Let's start with blueberries, which are a real superfood and are in season from the end of June to September (but all year round for us).
