CHOCOLATE THAT PREDICTS THE FUTURE?

CHOCOLATE CARDS FROM 1900 SHOW THE YEAR 2000!

In 1900, the German chocolate manufacturer "Theodor Hildebrand and Son" pondered the future of humanity. They launched an advertising campaign where each chocolate and cocoa package included a card depicting the world of tomorrow, specifically the year 2000, as they imagined it.

The chocolate cards featured a mix of whimsical and eerily accurate scenarios: fair weather machines and curious flying devices, as well as amphibious vehicles and live broadcasts.

IS WHITE CHOCOLATE REALLY CHOCOLATE?

WHEN CAN A SWEET BE CALLED "CHOCOLATE"?

The debate over white chocolate isn't just about its taste. Experts often point out that white chocolate isn't really chocolate. What's the truth behind this? According to the so-called Cocoa Regulation, chocolate must contain at least 35% total cocoa solids, which should include at least 14% cocoa powder and 18% cocoa butter, to be officially called "chocolate."

IWhite chocolate, however, lacks any cocoa powder. It does, however, contain cocoa butter. Decide for yourself, or grab a spoon and dive into “Schokosplit” Strawberry Chocolate Balls – made with real chocolate!
