Yoghurt-Pretzels
Ingredients | |
1 cup | "Der große Bauer Raspberry" |
250 g | Powdered sugar |
200 g | White chocolate |
1 pack | Salted pretzels |
Making
1. preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan oven).
2. melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
3. mix the yoghurt "Der große Bauer Raspberry" with the powdered sugar and the white chocolate to form a thick cream.
4. carefully dip the pretzels in it and place on a baking tray.
5. switch off the oven and place the cake rack with the Yoghurt-Pretzels inside.
6. leave to dry in the oven for 3-4 hours, leaving the oven door slightly open.
