Yoghurt Ice Cream Slices (Summer Edition)
Ingredients | for 4 pieces |
50 g | Strawberries |
25 g | Pistachios |
1 cup | „Der Große Bauer Lemon“ |
1 rectangular mold, lined with cling film |
Making
1. wash and chop the strawberries and toast the pistachios in a pan.
2. pour "Der Große Bauer Lemon" yoghurt into the tin and smooth it out.
3. spread the strawberries and pistachios evenly over the yoghurt mixture and leave to freeze for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
4. carefully remove the mixture from the mold. Dip the knife in hot water and cut the frozen yogurt into even bars.
