Yoghurt-Gums
Ingredients | for approx. 36 gums |
Sugar or sweeteners | |
400 ml | Water |
30 g | Gelatine |
48 g | Raspberry jelly (not instant) |
2 cups | „Der Kleine Bauer Raspberry“ |
Small silicone molds |
Making
1. bring the water to the boil. Pour in the gelatine and the powdered jelly and stir well. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
2. stir in "Der Kleine Bauer Raspberry".
3. season with a little sweetness and pour into small molds, preferably made of silicone.
4. after 3 hours in the fridge, the yoghurt gums are ready to eat.
