Yoghurt Cake
Ingredients | for 2 small cakes |
50 g | Cookies |
5 sheets | Gelatine |
100 g | Almond creme |
400 g | Creme cheese |
1 tbsp. | Lemon juice |
30 g | Whole cane sugar |
2 tbsp. | Water |
Strawberries for decoration | |
200 g | "Der Große Bauer Strawberry" |
Making
1. grease a heart-shaped springform pan.
2. place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush.
3. mix the crushed cookies with the almond cream.
4. mix the warm water and lemon juice and dissolve the gelatine in it.
5. add a spoonful of the gelatine mixture to the cookie and almond cream base. Press the mixture into the base of the springform pan.
6. mix the "Der Große Bauer Strawberry" with the gelatine, cream cheese and lemon juice and add the sugar.
7. pour the mixture into the springform tin and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
8. remove the tartlet from the tin.
9. wash the strawberries and carefully arrange them on top of the tartlet.
