Strawberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients | for 2 Persons |
1 cup (150g) | GrünKraft "Oats meet strawberry" |
200 g | GrünKraft "Oats nature unsweetened" |
6 tbsp | Tender oat flakes |
150 g | Almond drink |
1 tbsp | Chopped almonds |
200 g | Fresh strawberries |
10 leaves | Fresh mint, chopped |
Some lemon juice |
Making
1. put 3 tablespoons of rolled oats and the chopped almonds in each of two glasses (250 ml each or two screw-top glasses for the to-go version) and fill each with 75 ml of almond drink.
2. halve or quarter the strawberries and mix with the mint, leaving a few pieces for decoration. Spread over the oat flakes.
3. then mix the "natural oats" with a little lemon juice and spread over the strawberries.
4. top with a dollop of "Oats meets strawberry" and decorate with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves.
5. cover with a small plate and place in the fridge overnight.
6. take out of the fridge the next morning for a healthy and super quick breakfast and enjoy - or take to the office in the screw-top jars.
