Raspberry-Yoghurt-Sorbet
Ingredients | for 4 Portions |
300 g | Frozen raspberries |
2 cups | „Der Große Bauer Raspberry“ |
2 tbsp. | Powdered sugar |
2 tbsp. | Lime juice |
Making
1. mix "Der Große Bauer Raspberry" with powdered sugar and lime juice.
2. blend the frozen raspberries in a kitchen blender until a creamy sorbet is formed.
3. pour the sorbet into pre-cooled bowls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
