Mug Cake
| for 2 small mugs | |
| 5 tbsp. | Flour |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 pinch | Baking soda |
| 4 tbsp. | Sugar |
| Chocolate flakes as desired | |
| 3 tbsp. | Oil |
| Margarine for greasing the cup | |
| 2 tbsp. | „Der Große Bauer Stracciatella“ |
Making
1. place the egg, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2. add the "Der Große Bauer Stacciatella" yoghurt and mix well again.
3. add the flour and baking powder to the bowl and fold into the batter.
4. add vanilla flavoring and chocolate shavings to taste. Stir the batter again and pour into the greased cup.
5. bake in the microwave at approx. 800 watts for about 3 minutes until the cake has risen. Test with a skewer to see if the batter is ready.
6. turn the cake out onto a plate or spoon it out of the cup and serve warm.
