Yoghurt waffles with Bauer vanilla yoghurt

150 ml | Full cream milk |
200 g | "Der Große Bauer Bourbon Vanilla" |
250 g | Wheat flour |
125 g | soft butter |
1 level tsp. | Backing soda |
80 g | Sugar |
1 pinch | Salt |
Making
Whisk the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs first, then the “Grosse Bauer Bourbon Vanilla” yogurt. Mix and sieve the flour and baking powder. Stir in the flour mixture and 1 pinch of salt with a whisk. Add the milk and stir the batter until smooth.
