Ice Cream on a Stick

25 g | Coconut oil |
100 g | Chocolate |
Decoration of your choice | |
300 g | „Der Große Bauer Raspberry“ |
Wooden stick | |
300 g | Raspberries |
Silicone ice cream molds |
Making
1. puree the raspberries and mix with the "Der Große Bauer Raspberry" yoghurt.
2. pour the yogurt into silicone molds and insert wooden spoons halfway into the yogurt. Leave everything to set in the freezer for approx. 1 hour.
3. melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and stir well. Remove the ice cream from the molds, dip the tip into the chocolate and quickly sprinkle with decoration.
