Hot fruit for cold days

Making
1. preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
Cut the pears in half and cut out the core with a melon corer. Then place the pears in a baking dish.
2. cut the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds and mix with the maple syrup. Add the pod to the dish and drizzle the maple syrup evenly over the pears.
3. dust the pears with cinnamon and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Remove the baking dish and leave the pears to cool until they are lukewarm.
4. spread a dollop of "Der Große Bauer Vanille" yogurt and some granola on top and enjoy.
