Homemade Obazda
| Ingredients | for 6 Portions |
| Sweet paprika seasoning | |
| 60 g | Butter |
| 6 | Pretzels |
| 2 | Small onions |
| Salt & Pepper | |
| Ground caraway | |
| 500 g | "Bauer Bavarian Beer Cheese" |
Making
1. peel and finely dice the onions.
2. cut the "Bauer Bavarian Beer Cheese" and the butter into small cubes as well.
3. place the onions, cheese and butter in a bowl and mix with a fork until smooth. Season to taste.
4. serve with oven-warm pretzels or bread.
