Fitness Salad with Cheese

8 tbsp. | Olive oil |
1 | Onion |
4 tbsp. | Balsamic vinegar |
3 | Peppers, colorful |
2 tsp. | Mustard |
2 | Tomatoes |

500 g | Couscous |
200 g | "Bauer Bavarian Limburger" |
Sugar | |
1 | Cucumber |
Making
1. soak the couscous in 600 ml boiling water.
2. cut the cucumber, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and cheese into small cubes and mix into the couscous. You can also add some chopped flat-leaf parsley here.
3. for the dressing, place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until it has a creamy consistency. Then pour over the salad just before serving.
