Chestnut Pudding
Ingredients | For 4 Persons |
1 | Vanilleschote |
4 sheets | Gelatine |
150 g | Verzehrfertige Maronen |
2 cups | "Der Große Bauer Bourbon Vanilla" |
100 ml | Milk |
50 ml | Cream |
3 tbsp. | Raw cane sugar |
Making
1. roughly chop the chestnuts and place in a pan with the milk. Add the sugar, vanilla seeds and pods and bring to the boil while stirring. Then remove the vanilla pods and puree the mixture.
2. meanwhile, soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix "Der Große Bauer Bourbon Vanille" and chestnut puree in a bowl. Heat the cream, but do not allow it to boil, and dissolve the squeezed out gelatine in it.
3. then add the chestnut and yoghurt mixture and stir in well.
4. chill the chestnut pudding before serving.
