Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients | for 2 Portions |
750 g | Berry mix, deep-frozen |
1 | Handful of blueberries |
2 cups | "Der Große Bauer Raspberry" |
1 tbsp. | Chia seeds |
2 tbsp. | Honey |
1 tbsp. | Hazelnut brittle |
1 | Kiwi |
1 tbsp. | Coconut flakes |
1 | Handful of strawberrys |
Making
For the smoothie: blend the berry mixture, "Der Große Bauer Raspberry" yoghurt and honey.
For the topping: peel and slice the banana and kiwi, wash and dry the berries.
Pour the smoothie into two large bowls and garnish with kiwi slices, berries, chia seeds, hazelnut brittle and shredded coconut.
