Asparagus Pizza with Yogurt-Pizza-Dough

300 g | Wheat flour |
450 g | Bauer Seraphos Natur (Greek-style mild yogurt) |
1 tsp. | Baking powder |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
200 g | Crème Fraîche |
1 pack | Mozzarella |
Green asparagus | |
Your choice of green vegetables | |

Making
Mix all the ingredients into a dough, leave to rest for 15 minutes and roll out. Spread the pizza with crème fraîche. Top with green asparagus, green vegetables of your choice and mozzarella. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes at 220°C (fan oven). After baking, the pizza can be sprinkled with fresh basil.
