Yes, you read that right: "swirled". We could describe it here, but it wouldn't even come close to the incomparable taste of our fine yogurt with deliciously fruity blueberries and cassis. By the way: Cassis is the French name for blackcurrant. And it has a particularly high content of vitamin C and pectin. In Switzerland, around 20 tons are grown commercially every year on around 8 hectares. Sounds like a lot, but it's not. Another reason why you should definitely try this delicious fine yoghurt is, of course, the wonderfully fresh milk from the foothills of the Alps. Yes, of course there are Alps here in Bavaria too.
