A TOUCH OF BELGIUM IN BAVARIA

Sometimes we like to be inspired. For example, Romadur, which is actually a Belgian red culture cheese. We have taken it under our wing and given it our typical Bavarian farmer's touch. And although it has such an aromatic, spicy and hearty taste, it is suitable for a low-fat diet thanks to its 20 % fat in dry matter. Because at Bauer, nobody should have to go without good cheese. But while we're on the subject of doing without, our Romadur is lactose-free and produced entirely without genetic engineering. Of course, there is one very important detail to mention: the wonderfully fresh milk from our beautiful Bavaria that goes into it. Hmm, that's the pure Bavarian way of life.
